Shipping Methods & Carriers
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, both within Australia and internationally. At checkout, you can select from the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping
Orders will be dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–6 business days
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, and Australia Post’s service updates.
International Shipping
Australia Post provides International Services. Delivery times vary depending on your destination and selected shipping option.

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel through the Australia Post website.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they correctly enter their address/delivery location accurately. If you realise an error, contact ELLERO immediately and your details can be updated before dispatch.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
Timely delivery is ensured, however it is not guaranteed that shipping times will always be on time once your order has been sent. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please reach out and Australia Post will be contacted to resolve the issue.
