Shipping policy
Shipping Methods & Carriers
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, both within Australia and internationally. At checkout, you can select from the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–6 business days
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, and Australia Post’s service updates.
International Shipping
We ship internationally using Australia Post International Services. Delivery times vary depending on your destination and selected shipping option.

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel through the Australia Post website.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you realise an error, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to update your details before dispatch.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee shipping times once your order has left our hands. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please reach out to us and we’ll work with Australia Post to resolve the issue.
